As Finance Manager at ALC Property Maintenance, Tricia Heston oversees financial operations and Human Resources, including compliance, employee relations, and talent acquisition. For the past four years at ALC, Tricia has streamlined financial processes and strengthened HR functions.
With over 13 years of experience in finance and HR, Tricia has worked across various industries, most recently at a non-profit, where she deepened her expertise in payroll systems, tax regulations, and benefits administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business/accounting from the University of Phoenix and enjoys turning data into valuable insights. Inspired by her father, a CPA, she developed a passion for finance and accuracy.
Outside of work, Tricia loves traveling with her family, watching her daughter compete in national wrestling tournaments, and camping.
