With nearly 30 years in asphalt and concrete, Kirk is a proven leader in crew management, project oversight, and job site efficiency. As Asphalt Operations Manager at ALC Property Maintenance, he directs daily field operations, schedules crew, ensures safety, and maintains key relationships.

Previously, Kirk held leadership roles in asphalt, concrete, and heavy civil construction, excelling in estimation, plan reading, and problem-solving. Whether managing a job site or riding his Harley-Davidson, Kirk values precision and efficiency. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and time with family and friends.
