Josh Heston began his career in the construction industry as a hod carrier on a masonry crew—one of the toughest jobs in the field. Embracing the challenges of heavy equipment and construction management, he advanced to Superintendent and later General Superintendent, gaining extensive experience leading crews, subcontractors, and entire projects.
In 2016, he co-founded ALC Property Maintenance to bring better service, integrity, and quality to the industry. With expertise in construction operations, site logistics, and project coordination, he takes pride in leading his team and making a meaningful impact.
When not working, Josh enjoys time with his wife and kids, attending sports events, camping, and traveling.
