Jordan Forbes is the Asphalt Estimator and Equipment Manager at ALC Property Maintenance, where he oversees fleet maintenance and repairs while preparing detailed estimates for clients. With over 15 years in the asphalt industry—including eight years with ALC—Jordan’s expertise stems from working at his grandfather’s company, where he developed a keen eye for asphalt and grading issues and the skills to execute repairs efficiently and safely.
A graduate of Lincoln College of Technology’s Automotive program, Jordan thrives on the variety and unique challenges that each project brings. He finds inspiration in working outdoors, contributing to high-quality projects, and seeing a job well done.
In his downtime, he enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with his family.
