Jack Fitzgerald

Director of Operations

Jack Fitzgerald leads the Tenant Improvement Division at ALC Property Maintenance as Director of Operations, bringing over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His career includes 20 years as a Construction Superintendent, 10 years as a Project Manager, and an Owner’s Representative. In 2022, he successfully launched ALC’s General Contracting and Tenant Improvement Division, growing it into a key part of the company, and holds all the licensing for the division.

Raised in a construction family, Jack developed a passion for building at an early age and thrives at transforming spaces and exceeding client expectations. He excels in design-build, design services, problem-solving, teamwork, and project management.Jack’s expertise is in constructability, cost estimating, value engineering, and project execution. Committed to safety, he holds many certifications including OSHA 10 & 30 hours.

Jack finds balance beyond work through hiking, camping, golfing, and traveling. He is also an avid hunter and fisherman.
