As President & Managing Partner of ALC Property Maintenance, Bob Schrader brings extensive leadership and operational expertise. He began his career serving in the U.S. Navy and transitioned to the private sector, where he held key roles, including Director of Operations for large-scale mixed-use properties as well as Construction Superintendent and Project Manager.
In 2016, Bob co-founded ALC Property Maintenance to provide a reliable, one-stop solution for property maintenance, delivering exceptional service and following through on commitments. As the company’s visionary leader, he oversees business operations, guides the leadership team, and ensures continued growth and success. His ability to see the big picture, combined with strong leadership has been key to ALC’s expansion. Bob takes pride in seeing the company thrive through the dedication of his team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors golfing, fishing, and hunting.
