She holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resources and has built her career around both numbers and people. In her current role as an Accounts Payable and Administrative Assistant, she manages accounts payable, payroll, and administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations. Before joining ALC, Alina gained valuable experience in HR and administration, working as a Senior Human Resource Officer in event management and as an Administrative Associate for an intergovernmental organization. She thrives in a role where she can support both the company and its employees. Beyond the office, she enjoys traveling, watching movies, and embracing new experiences that broaden her perspective.
